1. Service scope and eligibility

You should provide lawful and accurate account information, protect your credentials and devices, and use the service only when you have the authority to do so. Minors should use the service with guardian consent where required.

2. User content and acceptable use

You retain rights to the content you submit, but you grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, display, sync, and back up that content in order to run GetRecipe. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, unsafe, malicious, or misleading content.

3. Memberships, billing, and third parties

Some features may require a paid plan. Subscription pricing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase rules follow the relevant App Store or payment channel. Third-party recipe sources remain controlled by their own rights holders and availability.

4. Availability and disclaimers

We try to keep the service stable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Imported recipe results, ingredient suggestions, nutrition, and cooking guidance are provided for reference only and do not replace your own judgment.

5. Suspension, deletion, and updates

We may limit or suspend abusive, risky, or non-compliant accounts. You may request deletion through the Account deletion. We may update these terms for product, legal, or operational reasons, and the latest version published here will apply from its effective date.
